All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives with a manufacturing defect.

Any defects must be reported within 4 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

After the 4-day period, we cannot guarantee a replacement or other resolution for defective items.
